• Who will listen to me?
Who will accept me for who I am?
Who will support me so that I can learn to accept myself?
Who will support me and work with me in resolving my problems?

Here at L&J Therapy we pride ourselves in being able to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment to talk about what it is that is troubling you, help you to understand the challenges you may be facing, and to support you - by walking alongside you - not by giving ‘advice’ but by empathising with you and empowering you to resolve your issues in a way that works for you by making changes you need to make for you and only you.
You can bring to counselling whatever it is that is troubling you for example –

    Depression
    Anxiety
    Stress
    Work Issues
    Family and relationship issues
    Loss, grief and bereavement
    Drug and Alcohol Issues
    Domestic Abuse
    Life Choices
    Sexuality

We welcome self-referrals, GP and Company referrals, and students requiring personal therapy as part of their counselling training.
